The signature mixed-use buildings of the Hampstead Town Center are under way on Taylor Road. Leasing has begun for these buildings and Hampstead's first tenants will open this Autumn.

Home construction begins in Spring, with the Hampstead Sales Gallery opening for residential sales in June 2008. Large Houses, townhouses, and homes designed by a collection of the country's best architects will reach completion in Autumn 2008. Hampstead's first residents will move in this year.
