Y's Up Hampstead Is Now Open

Montgomery's newest YMCA is open at Hampstead.

The Y’s Up at Hampstead offers cutting edge equipment, techniques, and classes in a gorgeous setting. The city's premier fitness facility, the Y's Up features a 2 story layout and spectacular views of the Hampstead Town Square.

Located in the heart of the Hampstead Village Center on Taylor Road, the Y's Choice Membership enables members to visit any of the local branches to fit your busy schedule every day of the week. Childcare facilities and full service changing areas are available at the Hampstead branch.

The Y's Up Hampstead hours are:

Monday to Thursday 5am to 9pm

Friday 5am to 7pm

Saturday 8am to 12pm

Sunday 1pm to 5pm
